29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 72686 Autumn Sun, Houston, TX; employees were installing roofing unprotected at an approximate height of 19 feet, exposing employees to fall hazards. b) At 9059 Rancho Missan, Houston, TX; employees were installing decking unprotected at an approximate height of 15 feet, exposing employees to fall hazards. EN CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR1926.501(b)(13) CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314257908, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4, ISSUED ON MARCH 4, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 15718 & 15722 BONNOWSKY LANE, CHANNELVIEW, TX 77049.
