29 CFR 1910.184(i)(1): Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch and type of synthetic web material: In the shop area two synthetic web slings that were available for use no longer had legible markings to indicate their rated capacities. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by a load lifted with an erroneously utilized sling.
