Office near front entrance, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Holmes fan. (Item Corrected)   2. Cubicle, where the Tripp-Lite relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the blue fan, and was daisy chained to a white extension cord and used to supply power to the radio. (Item Corrected)   3. Cubicle, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to computer equipment, and appliances including the Holmes floor heater and the Bionaire air purifier.   4. Office, where a relocatable power tap daisy chained to a brown extension cord and used to supply power to the radio. (Item Corrected)   The USDA Rural Development was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 946458, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on November 15, 2013 with respect to a workplace at Wenatchee, WA.
