29 CFR 1926.152(g)(2): The tank trucks shall comply with the requirements covered in the Standard for Tank Vehicles for Flammable and Combustible Liquids, NFPA No. 385-1966: a. On or about March 5, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to the hazard of fire when refueling a vehicle with the use of an above ground diesel tank which was not ground.

On or about March 5, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to the hazard of fire when walking near oxygen and acetylene cylinders that were stored together.
