29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  a) Prestige Steel & Supply, Inc. on or about March, 14, 2014, at the site located at the corner of St. Rt. 64 and Waterville Rd. Waterville, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from an approximant 21 ft. fall to the ground below during steel erection work. No acceptable form of fall protection was in place.
