OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.   On or about March 13, 2014, at Bluff's Golf, LLC, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a Cushman Turf-Truckster, Model 84057, that was not equipped with a seatbelt. The Cushman Turf Truckster is driven daily by maintenance employees.   Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement include, but are not limited to: 1) Ensure that operator(s) of the Cushman Turf Truckster have read and understand the safety and operation manual prior to operation. 2) Install and utilize seat belts as specified by the manufacturer.
