29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Building exterior, second floor window area- Employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 20 ft while standing on an outer window arch with no fall protection; on or about 3/11/14. GK Brother's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 532978, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/10/13 with respect to a workplace located at 112 Woodward Avenue, Rutherford, NJ 07070.
