The outlet boxes were being used as pendant style devices but were equipped with knockouts.  The knockouts could become dislodged by an employee's hands or fingers while plugging devices into the outlet boxes.  Employees using the outlet boxes were exposed to the hazard of electric shock and burns.     b)  Bag assembly area, 460 Nixon Avenue, Suite 100, Cheswick, Pennsylvania 15024:  Observed on or about March 10, 2014, three electrical outlet boxes (110 Volt) were being used in a manner for which they were not designed.  The outlet boxes were being used as pendant style devices but were equipped with knockouts. The 14 inch closed stand band saw was setting on a movable pallet.  Employees using the band saw were exposed to struck-by hazards.    c)  Woodshop, 460 Nixon Avenue, Suite 100, Cheswick, Pennsylvania 15024:  Observed on or about March 10, 2014, a Grizzly Industrial Incorporated 3/4 HP shaper (model number G0510X, serial number 050722) was not anchored to the floor.  The shaper was setting on a movable pallet.  Employees using the shaper were exposed to struck-by hazards.   d)  Woodshop, 460 Nixon Avenue, Suite 100, Cheswick, Pennsylvania 15024:  Observed on or about March 10, 2014, a Manhattan MSC heavy duty drill press (model number 951225, serial number 245804) was not securely anchored to the floor.  The drill press was setting on a movable pallet.  Employees using the drill press were exposed to struck-by hazards.   e)  Woodshop, 460 Nixon Avenue, Suite 100, Cheswick, Pennsylvania 15024:  Observed on or about March 10, 2014, a Dayton 16 inch drill press (model number 3Z918C) was not securely anchored to the floor.  The drill press was setting on a movable pallet.  Employees using the drill press were exposed to struck-by hazards.
