29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:    On March 11, 2014 at the jobsite located at or near 2008 N Belt Highway in Saint Joseph, MO, employees were exposed to a fire hazard in that the jobsite they were working on had more than 5 gallons of gas on site, but no fire extinguisher was within 50 feet.
