29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 17, 2014, employee was exposed to spray paint primer overspray while applying primer and paints such as but not limited to PPG Sealgrip I/E LTX Prm-Wht Primer, containing irritating chemicals such as but not limited to ethanediol, and no safety glasses were used.
