29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) On or about March 17, 2014; on the north side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize metallic outlet boxes in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Employees affixed the metallic outlet boxes to temporary power distribution panels and used the boxes for the temporary lighting light switch. b) On or about March 17, 2014; on the south side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize metallic outlet boxes in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Employees affixed the metallic outlet boxes to temporary power distribution panels and used the boxes for the temporary lighting light switch. c) On or about March 17, 2014; on the east side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize metallic outlet boxes in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Employees affixed the metallic outlet boxes to temporary power distribution panels and used the boxes for the temporary lighting light switch. d) On or about March 17, 2014; on the west side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize metallic outlet boxes in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling.
