29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a) Loading Dock:  Employees were unloading trucks from a dock approximately five (5) feet, two (2) inches above the ground level that was not guarded with a standard railing or equivalent on the front section, exposing the employees to a potential fall hazard, observed on or about 3/14/14.
