29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50 kV or below, minimum clearance between the lines and any part of the crane or load shall be 10 feet: a) On or about March 7, 2014 - at jobsite located at 3335 W. Warren Blvd, Chicago, IL. - an employee operating a hydraulic excavator was working within ten (10) feet of a 12,000 volt overhead electric power line, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
