29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about March 12, 2014, the employer did not ensure a travel trailer with plate number TX 839-45L was properly grounded. This condition exposes employees to electrical shock hazards. Geosite Consultants Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891277, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2013, with respect to a workplace located 25 miles West of Monahans at the Yadon State Unit A Well, #3h UDI-Rig-221, Barstow, Texas.
