29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about March 13, 2014, Faudree Ranch, employees operating a Genie S-40 aerial lift and a Genie 460 SJ aerial lift were performing cornice work, and were not utilizing a full body harness with a lanyard attached to the lift, exposing employees to falls exceeding 10 feet.
