On or about 02/27/2014 at 1301 RA Dent Blvd., Augusta, GA: In the penthouse of building "A, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to the lower level. While installing a piece of flex duct to the air handler, the employee tied off to a lifeline that was attached to another lifeline.
