29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective:    On or about March 12, 2014, at the Sidewinder Rig #223, the employer did not ensure a portable potty trailer with tongue number ST-111 was properly grounded.  This condition exposes employees to electrical shock hazards.    Tanmar Companies LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.304 (G)(05), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908531, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Rig 42, Barron SW 14 lease, Well #14, 5.5 miles W of Midland, Texas.
