29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2):  The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to the power line:       a) Jobsite, intersection of Pfeifer Street and Lori Ann Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15209:  Observed on or about March 18, 2014, the employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load could get closer than 20 feet of a power line.   The boom of the an overhead truck crane (model number 800D, serial number 35234) came within 20 feet of overhead high voltage (23 kV) lines while moving equipment and sections of pipe into an excavation.  Employees working in the area of the crane were exposed to the hazard of electric shock and electrocution.
