29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. On or about 02/26/2014 at 1002 Patriots Way, Augusta, GA: On the east side of the gymnasium that was under construction, four employees were exposed to an explosion hazard when oxygen and acetylene compressed gas cylinders were stored together after a welding operation had been completed.
