29 CFR 1910.24(e): The fixed stairs were not installed at angles to the horizontal between 30 and 50 degrees as outlined, but not limited to the combinations given in Table D-1. a) Production area, Resin storage area - On March 18, 2014 and at times prior to an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when ascending and descending the stair that provide access to the resin storage mezzanine. The angle of the stair was approximately 54 degrees to the horizontal. b) Paint area, Fresh air house platform On March 18, 2014 and at times prior to an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when ascending and descending the stair that provides access to the fresh air house. The angle of the stair was approximately 58 degrees to the horizontal.

29 CFR 1910.23(e)(2): Stair rails did not consist of a top rail, intermediate rail and/or posts, with the vertical height not more than 34 inches (86.36 cm) nor less than 30 inches (76.2 cm) from upper surface of top rail to surface of tread in line with a) Paint area, fresh air house platform On March 18, 2014 and at times prior to an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when ascending and descending the stair the provides access to the fresh air house when the stair railing was 23 inches high.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Receiving department - On March 18, 2014 and times prior to employees were exposed to battery acid while connecting and disconnecting the forklift batteries to the battery chargers and the eye wash station was not provided with running water.
