29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) M.V. Framing, LLC at 1801 Chestnut Pl, Denver, CO 80202: On March 19, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees walked the top plate of interior walls without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the lower level.
