29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) 300 Valley Road, Lewistown Pennsylvania - An employee uses Faultless Spray Starch when pressing cloth. The employer did not maintain safety data sheets relating to the consumer products when used in quantities larger than in used by a consumer, on or about March 19, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
