Within the facility, on or about 03/25/14: The exposure control plan (ECP) had not been reviewed or updated to reflect changes in procedure within the facility. The facility no longer uses Cide-Bet Disinfectant Spray as listed under the "Cleaning Schedule" in the ECP. The ECP instructed housekeeping employees to use Cide-Bet to disinfect blood spill areas. Abatement certificationmust be submitted for this item.
