Rios Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314031196, citation 01, item 1, issued on October 14, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 1338 N. Aksarben Ct., Wichita, KS, 67235.  The final order date was November 9, 2010.
