29 CFR 1910.305(e)(2): Switches, circuit breakers and switchboards installed in wet locations were not enclosed in weatherproof enclosures:    a) Site Location:  Milton and Hattie Kutz Home, 704 River Road, Wilmington, DE  19809 (Laundry Department) - Employees who routinely accessed a laundry tub and water supply adjacent to an energized 440-volt circuit breaker, enclosed in a rusty, non-weatherproof enclosure hung on the wall were exposed to a potential electrical hazard.  Conditions observed on March 19, 2014.     Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The employer's training program did not contain the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (g)(2)(vii)(N):  a) Work Location:  Milton and Hattie Kutz Home, 704 River Road, Wilmington, DE  19809 - Housekeeping employees, having a potential risk for blood borne pathogen infection, were not trained in accordance with the Standard in that the training program did not contain all information relevant to their specific workplace such as, but not limited to, an explanation of the procedure to follow if an exposure incident occurs and other elements covered by the Milton and Hattie Kutz Home's Exposure Control Plan.  Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date.
