29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    (a) On or about 03/19/2014 - Main Plant Forklift Charging Area, a Bradley Wall-Mounted Eyewash Station, Model S19-220, was incapable of adequate water pressure to continuously flush the eyes for the required 15 minutes due to inadequate water pressure.    Webb-Stiles of Alabama, Inc. dba Webb-Stiles Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314955642, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/11/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Industrial Parkway, Gadsden, AL 35903.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) On or about 03/19/2014 - Punch & Shear Department, a Kling Brothers Engineering Works Ironworker, Serial #3251, was not guarded at the point of operation allowing a 5/8 inch gap between the bottom of the die and the punch plate base.      Webb-Stiles of Alabama, Inc. dba Webb-Stiles Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313941627, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 675 Liverpool Drive, Valley City, Ohio 44280.
