Condition observed on or about March 20, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less: a) 1501 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873: The path to the electrical panel in the Returns Area was blocked by boxes and a racking system. At least a 24" wide path was not provided to allow access to the electrical panel box. Condition occurred on or about March 20, 2014.
