29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a) On or about March 19, 2014, in the workplace: The employer had not conducted an annual review of energy control procedures. Equipment in the lockout program of the facility includes, but is not limited to, the Kuper Model ACR 3100, rated at 600 Volts and 30 Amps. Abatement certification is required for this item. Idaho Veneer Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315027664, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 704 E. 4th Street, in Post Falls, Idaho.
