29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     On or about March 18, 2014 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing roofing operations at approximately 12.6-22.1 feet above the ground and were not using fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
