Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. 840 Owners Ltd was previously cited for a violation of this OSH standard or its equivalent 1910.1001(k)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315205435 citation number 1 item 1 d and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/11 with respect to a workplace located at 840 Shore Rd., Long Beach New York.
