29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a. On or about March 19, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting roofing operations was exposed to fall hazards of twenty three feet, due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as but not limited to, roofing operations. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
