29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Location: Worksite Sales personnel and estimators were not medically evaluated to determine their ability to use a respirator, before they were fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace. Employees who have exhibited a sensitization to isocyanates should not, under any circumstances, be exposed to such chemicals, as even low concentrations can trigger an asthma attack.
