29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) Ground/Right side of house below scaffold - An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below siding activities. The employee was not protected by hard hat or protective helmet, on or about March 18th, 2014. Gargas Enterprises LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 516438, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15th 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Hillside Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.
