The J.T. Haffey Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.304 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 406382, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/15/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 255 North Street, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
