Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer did not develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:   This violation was most recently observed on March 21, 2014, at a workplace located at 7700 Cody Lane, Sachse, Texas; where employees were exposed to fall hazards while working above 6-feet without the use of a guardrail system or a personal fall arrest system:     a.  At building number 1, and b.  At building number 3.  Oscar Beltran was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), under the company name Salvatex Construction which was contained in OSHA inspection number 406982, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6140 Arbor Hills Ways, The Colony, Texas 75056.   Oscar Beltran was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), under the company name Salvatex Construction which was contained in OSHA inspection number 406982, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6140 Arbor Hills Ways, The Colony, Texas 75056.
