29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) Construction Site: On or about March 20, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately fifteen feet three inches to the concrete below while placing roofing material on a commercial property due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.
