29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 225 Lee Rd 520 Phenix City, Alabama: On or about March 18, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in roofing activities on a high slope roof were using fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards of 8.5 feet to the ground below. THE SCOTT DYKES, LLC DBA SUPERIOR ROOFING CO. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVELANT STANDARD 29 CFR 19256.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 947767, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 17, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 334 LEE RD 2170 PHENIX CITY, ALABAMA.
