29 CFR 1926.302(e)(1): Powder actuated tool(s) were operated by employee(s) who had not been trained in the operation of the particular tool(s) in use: a) First Floor, Loading Dock Area - On or about 03/10/2014, a carpenter was using a Hilti powder actuated tool to attached a steel track to a pilaster without first receiving proper training from his employer on how to safety operate and maintain the tool. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
