29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and was not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances: OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE 29 CFR 1926.51(f)(3)(iii): Hand soap or similar cleansing agents was not provided. a) At the job site, on or about and at times prior to March 21, 2014, the employer did not provide for accessible hand soap for employees who performed masonry work with mortar that contained Portland cement, exposing the employees to the hazards associated with dried, cracked, and irritated skin. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
