29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      A) Lower roof of house - An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below roofing activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about February 19th, 2014.        Latyki's Roofing and Siding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312864598, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25th 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 415 Main Avenue in Wood Ridge NJ.

Latyki's Roofing and Sidig LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312864598, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25th 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 415 Main Avenue in Wood Ridge NJ.
