29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. (a) Oooguruk Island, Mud room: On or about 18 March 2014 and times prior thereto, No MSDS were available on Dow Corning Sealant (RTV code 732). This condition exposed employees to contact with hazardous substances. (b) Oooguruk Island, Maintenance shop: On or about 18 March 2014 and times prior thereto, No MSDS were available on Bostik Never-Seez (Anti-Seize and Lubricating Compound). This condition exposed employees to contact with hazardous substances.
