North Star Island, Welding shop area:  On or about 19 March 2014 and times prior thereto, three 25-pound propane tanks used for pre-heating during welding operations were stored outside on the exit door landing.  This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building resulting in smoke inhalation and/or fire hazards.
