29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: (a) Jobsite, Crimson Cafe, Indiana, PA: On or about 03/24/14 a 100 lb. propane tank was not protected from vehicle traffic. Vehicles travel within 3 feet of the tank and the tank was not protected to prevent the possibility of a collision.
