29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(ii): Where a negative exposure assessment had not been made pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(iii), the initial exposure assessment failed to take into consideration both the monitoring results and all observations, information or calculations which indicate employee exposure to asbestos, including any previous monitoring conducted in the workplace, or of the operations of the employer which indicate the levels of airborne asbestos likely to be encountered on the job. On or about February 21, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to conduct an initial exposure assessment of all building floors levels where demolition was to be performed.
