29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) Shop: On or about March 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure annual fit testing for those employees who wear a tight-fitting 3M 5300 half face respirator with HEPA filters when doing auto body work in the shop. (b) Shop: On or about March 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure annual fit testing for those employees who wear a tight-fitting SAS half face respirator with charcoal filters when doing painting or undercoating work in the shop.
