29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(1)(i): Employees of a workplace covered by this standard were not monitored to determine their exposure to formaldehyde: a) Cut and Grind area - On or about 3/19/14, employees remove modules from a cure oven. The fiberglass wrap is removed and the modules are cut. The modules have a Solution Coated Epoxy Prepreg coating which contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, a polymer of epichlorohydrin, phenol-formaldehyde novolac. Cut and grind area employees were not monitored to determine their exposure to formaldehyde. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
