29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected:  On or about March 25, 2014 the date of last service of a Buckeye fire extinguisher model SHL SA-40 ABC was April 2012. The fire extinguisher was located behind the cab of a Terex Crane Model T-340, S/N 11152 at the construction site.  There was diesel fuel, hydraulic oil and a propane heater on the crane exposing the operator to a fire hazard.  Page ii of the TEREX 300 Series, Operator and Maintenance Manual requires daily inspection of the fire extinguisher.
