29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Location: Tractor Bay - On or about March 24, 2014, three chemical fire extinguishers were located by the steel column in the middle of the room. Two of the extinguishers were not mounted and no signs was located above the extinguishers. (b) Location: Second floor - On or about March 24, 2014, one water fire extinguisher was located to the left of the stairs, it was not mounted and had no identifying signs. (c) Location: Tool area - On or about March 24, 2014, one chemical fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor (not mounted) and there was no sign. (d) Location: Outside of storage room - On or about March 24, 2014, the fire extinguisher was blocked by a saw.
