29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: (a) Mixing line #1- An employee working in the mixing area on line #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 110.2 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 90.7 dBA during the 468 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (b) Oven discharge line #1- An employee working at the oven discharge area of line #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 119.9 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 91.3 dBA during the 363 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (c) Icing line #2- An employee working at the icing area of line #2 was exposed to continuous noise at 76.4 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 88.1 dBA during the 466 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (d) Injector line #2- An employee working at the injector area of line #2 was exposed to continuous noise at 89.3 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 89.2 dBA during the 462 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (e) Feeding/Packing, line #2- An employee feeding and packing on line #2 was exposed to continuous noise at 94.7 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 89.6 dBA during the 460 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (f) Feeding/Packing line #2- An employee feeding and packing on line #2 was exposed to continuous noise at 73.3 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 87.8 dBA during the 458 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (g) Feeding/Packing line #1- An employee feeding and packing on line #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 73.1 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 87.7 dBA during the 455 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014. (h) Feeding/Packing line #1- An employee feeding and packing on line #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 74.5 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 87.9 dBA during the 454 minute sampling period on April 23, 2014.
