29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):     (a) Employee(s) were exposed to electrical hazards caused by a yellow flexible extension cord plugged into an outlet in the conference room. The yellow extension cord was incorrectly used to power an air conditioner and other equipment in the front office in that it passed through a doorway and was used instead of permanent wiring.
